Who's fault is it now??

Who would you blame for the start of World War 1 ?
Most folks would say Serbia because of the Black Hand and them assassinating Franz Ferdinand. Others would say Germany or Austria-Hungary. But it all depends on how you look at it.
I, personally, would like to think that Austria-Hungary was the one that kind of provoked it all. Even before all the events leading up to the start of the war happened, Austria-Hungary were anxious and dying to get at it with Serbia, but they didn't even have a legitimate excuse to even start one. It seemed as if they were trying to come up with an excuse to start a war. The Austro-Hungarian government already knew what their excuse was to start a fight with the Serbians, but they waited a while so that they could do a surprise attack. Then from there, all other conflicts would be worked on.
On the other side of the block from Austria-Hungary, you have Germany, France, Britain, and Belgium who later get involved in this whole mess. Between these countries, there were treaties being made, and once tension started escalating between Austria-Hungary and Serbia, that's when these other countries started to form "tag-teams" in case a war were to break out. On one side, it would be Austria-Hungary and Germany, and on the other side you've got Serbia with Russia, France, and possibly Britain. These two teams were very close to starting the war and it eventually started when A-H finally sent out an ultimatum to Serbia.
As all of the war planning is going on, Italy and Turkey are informed on what the plan is, but then they later respond, "Yeah...Umm, we gotta go. I'll leave you guys with your war plan and Turkey and I will just be over here hangin' out. Bye!!" :)
